I purchased an account and filled out the form. When will I get access?

Most of the time, you’ll get access to the theleaksbay.com site within 15-30 minutes after buying a premium account and sending form. But, ya know, sometimes it might take a few hours. I have a problem with making a payment for the premium account.

Currently, there are issues with payment processing in some parts of the world due to the banking industry’s intervention against payment gateways for file hosting solutions. I want to cancel my premium account. How do I do that?

To cancel your account, first log in to your TezFiles.com account. Once logged in, check the main page and look for the menu on the right side that says “Next Billing Date”. If you have an active subscription, you can cancel it by clicking the cancel subscription button. Your account will not be charged for the next billing period. Your VIP access will remain active until your premium account expires.
